    Hi,
I have several clients who I build forms for, and a few of them don't like having "Country" as an option as they don't sell or recruit outside the United States.  But, they do need the State/Province field.
If possible, could there be a way to add Country, default it to United States, then hide it and still have it trigger the State/Province?
    Thanks
    Tim
