On submitting a form, the same results are saved twice or more to a database. I'm using a stored proc, and I know it works since passing the same parameters as what shows in debug mode creates one record when run in query analyzer.

There are no extra question events that would submit the form twice. What could be causing this behavior? The only thing that might be fishy is "There is no row at position 0," but I don't know what that means.

Below are the results in debug mode:

Never mind, I found that the form is submiitting Question Event VariationButtonToSubmitForm which is deleted but somehow stayed in the DynamicForms_DynamicQuestionEvent database, so I deleted it there.

I tried to cancel the question, but it was too late--the forum posted the question anyway.
