    After updating my site to DNN 7.0.6 I started having this issue: whenever the Processing lightbox came up it would not close.
    This happens when I click on an Info Icon.  It happens if I search for a specific user, and if I change the number of users shown.
    I have tested changing the page and admin skins to standard DNN skins.
    This has no affect.


    I can't say if this only occurs on opt in pages, but I have tested other pages that worked fine.

    I do not have any jquery or other minification settings on.

    In addition I am seeing the following script errors:

    Hi there,

    Can you please tell us your exact Opt In Email version?

    Also, from the Control Panel, please go to Module Configuration and check "Disable AJAX" and "Disable AJAX for Control Panel." Does that make a difference?

    Disabling AJAX for both had no affect.

    Bump...

    I updated the site to 7.1.1 and still see the issue.
    I also notice that the admin bar at the top breaks down a bit when I load Opt in Email.
    I believe there is a conflict with the js files.

    Bump Again,

    This is pretty frustrating.  I am unable to perform many admin functions including removing users who have asked to be taken from the email list.

    I can't remember when it has taken this long to receive useful information about a datasprings module issue.

    I am not opposed to purchasing the upgrade, but at this point I don't want to through money at the issue with no indication it would even help.

    Hi,

    We had to integrate a lot of code changes for the 5.0 release so it wouldn't surprise me if the earlier versions do not support the latest 7.x versions. I would suggest checking out the trial version and installing it and checking if the issue went away. This is most likely a jQuery conflict error from what I can tell.

    Please forgive me for the late response! We have been very busy here getting all of our modules up and running to support Responsive Skins the last few months!

    I am interested to know if I upgrade my collection now, will I be eligible for the upcoming responsive collection?

    In truth I would wait if my current version was compatible with DNN 7.1.1.

    Hi - Are you on the 6.0 collection? I think the answer to your question will likely be a mix to some degree... We have Opt In Email and Dynamic Registration now fully supporting responsive skins with Dynamic User Directory right around the corner... We will also have a few modules after the next collection is released though because we are getting closer to that date (this will likely include Dynamic Forms and Dynamic Views). If you open a support ticket and let us know your invoice ID we can look into what upgrade discounts apply etc... Were you able to install the trial and is this working as you would like within 7.1.1?

    I am currently running Collection version 5.
    To receive the current Latest versions of the software I am assuming I would need version 6.

    In truth I have been waiting for more of the features to catch up with the responsive movement, and with deeper integration with the latest Social and messaging features in the latest version of the DNN Platform.

    Opt In, Registration, and Forms are the crucial modules in the collection for me.
    So, I guess that given that I am purchasing the upgrade now how likely is it that I will have access to the new versions of the modules above?

    I haven't run the trial because I wouldn't install it over my live version because it's live.  I have no doubt that it has been tested to work in the latest version of DNN so installing it on a test site would no doubt work successfully.

    I have had limited success cloning my live site from backups from my hosting provider and would most likely move ahead with the purchase, and back up my site before install.

    I have checked my cart and see that I currently have a 50% discount on the upgrade.
    I will most likely move forward with this.
