Verification Problem after DNN Upgrade

    I recently upgraded to 7.0.5.  I tested a user registration and it appeared to work.  I received an email confirmation and I clicked on the link that includes the verification code.  My "Registration Validation" confirmation page displays, but at the top of my page it says I'm using an unverified account.  This worked before the upgrade.  Is there something I need to change in my settings?  I can login as that user, but that message shows at the top of all my pages.

    Here is a snapshot of the message I now get.

    Can you please tell us your exact Dynamic Registration module version? Also, are you using Dynamic Login? What is this module version?

    I also went to my default website and tested the validation process. Everything worked and I did not get that message.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Paul,

    We've had a similar issue recently when DNN changed the way the verification codes were handled. However, these should have been fixed with the latest versions which you already have. I reported this to your chief developer and they will be looking if anything changed again in DNN 7.0.5.

    Hi Paul - Can you please open a support ticket within the DNN STore and provide us with temporary host rights. As far as I know this was corrected and is fixed however we will just need to test on your website and confirm that you have the absolute latest patches and hot fixes available.

    We were able to fix the problem by simply changing the site settings from "verified" to "private".
