    Good day,

I am currently running a site that processes rental forms for a music company.  The site is DNN version 6.00.02 and the Dynamic Forms version is 4.0.0.  Last week the client reported that users wanting to rent from them could not proceed through the form when using Internet Explorer 10.  In my testing I found that IE 10 works just fine in compatibility mode, but the site owner finds that as a work around and not a fix.

I did see an article on creating a custom submit button, (http://www.datasprings.com/news/blo...mic-forms) but am not sure if that is the correct way to go.  If so has anyone else had success applying Ryan's suggestion?

    With gratitude,
    Michael Mock

    Hello Michael,

I ran into the same issue with IE 10(unless compatibility mode was enabled) and Dynamic Forms.

Creating the Custom Submit button fixed this issue in IE 10 within several of the projects I was working with at the time.

By creating a Custom Submit button this gives you full flexibility, whereas the default Dynamic Form submit button/link can't be modified.

Have you tried the custom submit button route yet? I would recommend attempting this to see if this fixes the IE 10 issue for you.

Another thing I noticed is that you may want to consider upgrading to Dynamic Forms 4.1.4, this is our latest version of Dynamic Forms and the most supported. It may be difficult for us to support this version as we no longer test or maintain this version. We recommend to all of our customers that they upgrade to the latest version, mainly because our attention is fully geared towards the latest version and we understand the compatibility between DNN and this version of Dynamic Forms.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Ryan
