I've got a basic contact form on our site. There's a field where they enter their address, so I've got the "From Email Address" pulling the data from the $(Email) field. Works fine unless...
Trouble is that we have an older customer base and some of them do not use email. (Internet but not email? Yeah, I dunno.) I've tested it and if there is a valid email address in that field it works. If there is an entry in a valid email address format, it works. (me@z.com, for example comes through.) If the field is blank or not a valid format (just "me"for example) I receive nothing on the other end.
I have made that field required at the moment, but would like to set it up so that it's possible to use the form even if the customer does not supply an email address. Is there anyway to make the "From Email Address" field use a static email address in the case that the supplied value is not a valid email?
