Initial Data Bind was working but stopped

    Ver:4.10.4.23731 / 6.2.7
    I have a form that is set up for Initial Data Bind and it was working a few days ago just fine. Meaning when you opened the form, the initial data was in the fields.

    But now the fields are empty when opening the form. I don't think I changed anything. I might be wrong, but I wasn't even working on this site in the last few days. The one difference I am sure of is that I upgraded Dynamic Forms from Ver 4.1.1 tp 4.1.4.

    The initial SQL Query is not complicated:
    exec LIS_SetupNewTicketDetails_GivenUserID_DataBind $(UserID)

    When I run in debug mode it shows the date bind like the following: Note: I am userID = 1

    SQL Debug (Parse SQL Text For Variables But ParametersOnly set to True):exec LIS_SetupNewTicketDetails_GivenUserID_DataBind 1

    If I go to the SQL window and run
    exec LIS_SetupNewTicketDetails_GivenUserID_DataBind 1

    It correctly returns data:
    OrgIDOrganizationNameEmailUpdateTeamAssignedPersonEmail
    1MyOrganizationNameMark Buelsingmarkb@domain.comTester@domain.com


    There is a field for each of these columns with exactly corresponding shortfieldnames. 

    But the initial data does not fill in to the form fields. Funny thing is that it used to work. So it used to be set up correctly.

    Questions:
    1. Could the problem have crept in when I upgraded to version 4.1.4?
    2. What settings should I look at to problem-solve this issue?

    Well, here is an interesting development. I have found that if I change the fields to "Hidden" instead of textboxes the initial values do fill in on form open.

    Changing them back to Textboxes breaks the connection to the data again.Both as read only and not.

    I need to have the sql data bind work with unhidden textboxes. These values will not be changed by the user so read only would be fine if it made a difference.

    Next clue. Initial Data Bind still works on a different form in the same DNN installation.

    Problem resolved. Each of the bound field's setting for Advanced Field Options / Default Value needed to be changed from "SQL Driven" to "Enter Options".
