    DNN 4.7.0. The import from Excel to the Portal goes fine. But, when trying to Import Roles into the contact module, it throws the following error:

    "Unhandled Error. Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached."

    This condition persists for about 10 minutes.

    Hi. I just wanted to follow up on this as it was also a support case. It turns out that this issue was related to another module (a contacts module) and not actually Interactive User Import.

    So far YOUR module is working great. I've been able to upload and delete users with no problem.

    As noted in the support ticket, I was confused between this one and another module I just started using.

    I think it was Roseanne Rosannadanna who said, "Never mind!"

    have all the importing process and  click the finish button, there is only 'see the host schedule' message with no importing process so there are no users imported.(where are the imported users?)

    and tried to go home, we have

    the same time exfired problem like above, what kind of contact module makes this problem with yours and  what can i do for fix it?

    we still can't login with this problem. hope your quick reply.

    Hi. Well we have only seen this with large files (at least larger then the server can handle all in one load). If you are having this problem you will need to disable the scheduler (from the database) or update the DataSprings_UserImport and remove the import definition table row. After that, when you run the import make sure to specify a set number of scheduled instance. For example, lets say your file has 1000 users in it, you might set it up to only import 100 per scheduled instance. This way if the scheduler runs maybe once an hour, you will not overload it and you will be able to import all of the users sucessfully. Right now it looks like its overloaded based on the file size and import.
