    I am a new user of the Interactive User Import module.  The module installed without any error messages.  I placed the module on a new page and receive this error when I click on 'Next' after entering my upload file:

    Error: User Import is currently unavailable.
    DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DataSprings.DNN.Modules.UserImport.UserImport.LoadImportFile() --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

    Any ideas of where to start to troubleshoot this?  I removed and reinstall the module.

    Solved my problem.  The file was called import.txt not import.csv, so it was bombing.  I renamed, and it worked fine.
