Import of RTE field truncating

    I am trying to upload a dataset from a CSV file into a 4.8.2  install. The problem is the data into a Rich Text Editor type field.  I map the fields fine but it only imports 255 characters (exactly) to that field. It is ACTING as if it is importing into a simple text field, but that is just a guess.

    Now, I can update that same field using Dynamic Registration module, adding over 13000 characters.

    Also, don't know if this is related some how, but I find I am unable to update the rich text fields (mine and the default Bio field) at all using the DNN User Profile Update program. It will update other fields but not the RTE fields.

    These are probably two issues, and the second is a tangent and much less important (but if anyone has a clue please let me know!)

    OOPS!! It appears that the truncation was User Error - the data set was corrupted in translating it into a CSV file.

    However the field updating is still a problem, so any insight would be helpful.
