There are a few options available. I
f you want something that doesn't save the data until you are ready for production (i.e. done testing, in your production environment) you can always execute a delete statement (we can provide) for the form under Host, SQL.
If you never want the form to ever save the data in the standard area you can always create a Dynamic SQL Event after every form submission that would also execute this same SQL statement to delete the responses from each form submission. If this becomes a bigger issue/concern we can look at adding an enhancement later that will not be a 'test mode' but will not store the data to the database.
