    I'm running the latest version of DNN (4.9.0). With the latest version of User Import (1.5).

    I'm seeing the following in my logs after a user import:

     

    Records:1 Error could not set extended property value:39
    Display Name:024fpt
    PortalID:0
    Updated User:024fpt - Ivrnet DNN Staging


    User Status(success):024fpt: AddUser

     

    I'm importing users using overwrite, and each user has a custom property that must be updated. Is there something I'm not doing properly?

    Hi. When you go to Admin, User Accounts, Manage Profile Properties... IF you hover over each profile property edit icon which edit link/profile property represents the number 39? Each profile property has its own number and I am curious in your case which one is profile property ID 39?

    This error comes down to a very specific error message which we can narrow down to a few lines of code (see below)

    So I am curious to know what field 39 is, what the propertyname for this profile property ID is, what the property type (i.e. textbox, integer etc...) it might be etc...

    Just an FYI on this thread.. This has been fixed in the latest patch and now works without any issues in DNN 4.9.x and DNN 5.x

    Chad,

    Where can we get that patch update too?  We are having the same issue when we try and update Region, City, PostalCode and others.

    Its not on SnowCovered.

    Hi Chad,

    I have the same problem:

    Records:1 Error could not set extended property value:26 Error could not set extended property value:30 Error could not set extended property value:27 Error could not set extended property value:31 Error could not set extended property value:34

    Where can I find the patch ?

    What is the latest version number? I using DNN 4.9.0 and Interactive Import 1.5.3 and having this same issue.

    Any ideas on this?  This is a parent portal (not child as some other posts here have indicated) and I've since upgraded to DNN 4.9.3.  Still won't import extended properties.  Customer is getting upset and I'm going to have to look for other solutions soon.

    Is this the only support option?  Is there a better way to get this issue resolved?

    Issue was fixed by updating module to version 1.50.50
