Kevin, Hi. Can you tell me a few settings for this import? For example how many users its importing, and did you specify anything to only import 'x' number per scheduled run? For example if the import has 10,000 users maybe importing 500 per hour or something? -Chad |

FYI
This same thing was happening to me too - even for imports as small as 10 users. I used the advice from the link provided above and that error has now stopped.
*EDIT*
Nope, spoke too soon. Still happens with each and every import. Kills the whole DNN instance every time. Wonder if this is an issue with shared hosting environment? |

Hi Jon, can you try your import file on www.betasprings.com (username: host, password: dnnhost) and see if this can be duplicated? -- David |

Hi David,
I will when I get a chance, though I suspect it will work fine. I contacted my host and they "adjusted some server settings" and it is now working - at least for small row sets. I'm slowly working my way up and will keep you posted.
Thanks

Hi David,
I created a test page and attempted the import. For some reason, I can't seem to open the schedule history to see the results, but it appears to have worked. I performed a user search and found one user that I know was in the upload.
I continue to have two problems on my server; this connection pool issue continues to pop up intermittently and none of the extended properties are imported. |

Jon, Hi. As far as the extended fields - We do find an issue with DNN 4.9 and extended fields and have a patch for it (should be under patches and hot fixes on Snowcovered and if not open a support case). You need to make sure you are running on 1.5.4. If you go to host, module definitions, what version does it show you are running? -Chad |

Just installed the version Chad emailed me (1.50.50) and it's working like a charm.
Thanks! |

Hi Chad,
Could you please email me the new 1.50.50 version also?
I'm having the exact same issue as Jon with DNN 4.9 and the User Import 1.50.30 version.
Thank you for your help,
Todd |
