I am running version 03.20.10 of the product. The very first image appears to appear VERY slowly. I have the transition speeds of "Timing per image (seconds)" set to 15 and "Fading speed per image (seconds)" set to 1 because I want each image to exist for 15 seconds and then take only 1 second to transition.

The very first image is taking 15 seconds to appear but it seems to work fine after that. Am I doing something wrong or is there a patch I can download?

    Hi Bryan,

Based on the email exchange on the contact forms, looks like the pull-down menu issue was identified as a problem with Firefox and was fixed by checking 'Transparent.'  The timing per image and the fading speed per image are also resolved, is that right?  Let us know if you have additional questions.  Thanks!
