    I' installed interactive user import to my portal and got the Error Message above. I' tried with xls and with csv but the error remains the same.

    I' tried it on a different portal ... same problem.

    I use dnn version 4.09.02

    The event Viewer says:

    I ' found the problem for xls for myself:

    The first sheet must be named "sheet" instead of "Tabelle"
    csv still doesn't work.
    Is there any documentation for this module ? I didn't find anything.

    Ahhh. O.K.

    as you can see I' m new here and the only place I' found user-guides so far was in this forum. But there was none for the "interactive user import".

    Thanks a lot
