    Hi All,

    My SolPart dropdown menu is causing the images to vanish in Safari and Chrome. Works fine in IE and Firefox with the transparency setting enabled. Any suggestions how to fix this?

    I am seeing the same issue, Solpart menu flyouts cause images to disappear while flyout is open in Google Chrome.

     

    I am not aware of any Google Chrome setting that changes that, and I think that is a poor approach .. assuming visitors would seek and change settings.

     

    Any comments, ideas, are well appreciated.

    Hi guys... There is a setting within the module that should be for 'Transparency' and this should allow other items such as menus and so forth to go overtop of the image rotator module.

    Hi Chad, I tried "turning off" the transparency option, and in Chrome the solpart menu then goes behind the image rotator but the images don't drop out.


    I put Transparency back "on" so at least that way the menu can be navigated. Oddly enough, this does not happen when logged in as Admin, seems to work fine. So as far as I can tell it is an unauthenticated Chrome user who sees this issue .. images dropping out.


    We will be upgrading this site to V5 soon and perhaps using a different menu at that time too. Issue may resolve itself then.

    Hi. Thanks for the follow up. If you are still running into this on V5 let us know. We might also want to test with a standard skin/container to see if there ia s conflict there.

    I'm also having this issue.  I'm running image rotator version 3.2.2 on DNN 4.8.4.

    Do you know if this is resolved in DNN5?
