Advanced Captcha not displaying refresh and audio image

    Hi;

    I am using the advanced captcha on one of our forms, see

    While the functionality is there, the images for the refresh and audio are not displayed. Any ideas what the problem might be?

    HI, what version of DNN and DF are you using? Also, can you check the following:
    1) in your web.config, you have set this:

    2) in your Captcha field, be sure to click on "Enable Captcha Refresh" and "Enable Captcha Sound"
    I just want this verified first. If possible, can you duplicate this on www.betasprings.com (username: host, password: dnnhost).

    I did Advanced Captcha on my localsystem with DNN 5.1.0 and DF 3.0.10 and it was displaying fine. -- David

    yes to 1 if you mean the settings on your website, as you left it empty in the post?
    yes to 2

    It is working for me on betasprings so not able to reproduce, will keep investigating it here to see if I find what the problem might be.
    I am using DNN 4.9.2 and DF 3.0.10

    Thanks for the follow up David,
    No I haven't been able to solve the problem. What I have done now is to disable the audio and refresh button so they don't show up at all. I will get back to this another time and investigate it further.

    I cannot get the refresh and sound to work with the dnn standard version.

    I've created a test form on betasprings

    I am on DNN 5.1.2 and DF 2.7.51

    Hi Kathleen,

    Thanks for setting up your betasprings page.  Although I haven't looked at it  yet, I can tell you that the advanced Captcha is better all around.  Can you please try and see if that will work for you?  Thanks!
