    All,

Until not too long ago my form worked great but now when users click "submit" to go to Paypal the form just flickers or refreshes but never goes to Paypal.  I can fix it by going in and re-saving the form again but then after one successful submission it goes back to the same problem.  Has anyone else seen this issue?

    Best,

    Mike

HI, very strange. Do you have any idea if something on the website got upgraded or changed? New DNN version, etc? What DNN version and browser and DF version are you using? Does it behave the same way on IE8 vs Google Chrome vs Firefox? Also, if you have Firefox running, can you try adding on Firebug and see if there's any javascript errors or any other errors? -- David

    Hi,

I get the same error in all browsers I am using.  Actually, in IE 7 when running this I get the the alert "Done but with errors on the page".  When I dig a little further I find find the error at Line 225, Char 9 Error: Expected ','. code 0.

Below is all I see on line 225 when I view the source.  I am using Dynamic Forms 2.5 with DNN 4.08.  No changes to the version have taken place.  Any ideas?

HI, I noticed you're using DF 2.5 with DNN 4.08. Has anything been upgraded or done to the website to cause it to stop functioning? Also, if you go to Admin / Event viewer, do you see any error messages? -- David

    Hi David,

No, nothing has changed on the site.  It was and still is DNN 4.08.  Dynamic Forms are still the same.  Nothing else on the site has been upgraded unless it is something buried way under the covers.

How about using a program such as "ccleaner" to clear out any browser cookies/history/temp files, etc. and then try again. I believe it has to do with something in the browser that's causing this weird behavior. -- David

    Hi David,

Unfortunately, this seems to happen on every browser on every computer I have tried so far. I don't want to delete the whole thing and re-add as it will take a bunch of time to get it back the way I want it.

HI, very strange issue. Is this a site we can have host access? If so, can you use the "Contact US" and send us the URL / login info and reference this forum? -- David

Okay, I believe this has to do with the fact that you have some fields that are set as "Required" but you don't have "Show validation summary" enabled under Module configuration / Validation and you do not have any Required field text, etc for each of the required fields. Hence, if a user doesn't fill out the necessary items, it won't go anywhere. -- David
