We're on the latest version of DNN 5.x and the latest release of Dynamic Forms (3.3), but we're running into an issue where updates to question client side events aren't saving. For example, I enter this into the client side event field:

    $(TotalRegMIR) = funcRadioCalc($(RegMIR_FieldID))

Then, click Update Field. Going back, the client side event field is blank. Sometimes if I keep re-entering and saving, it will take but not always. Any ideas on this one?

Very strange indeed. What browser/version (IE vs. Firefox vs. Chrome) are you using? Do you see any errors on the browser on the lower left or right of the screen? Also, if you go to Admin / Event Viewer, do you seen any error message pertaining to the form? -- David

Yes, it is odd. I've used both FF and IE, both latest versions and updates. It's also very slow. I thought maybe the slowness was the web server, but even my dev copy on a local server running Windows 2008 R2 runs slow with this form. No errors in event viewer either.

Did you have this similar problem with the previous version of DNN and Dynamic Forms? Trying to narrow down what the culprit would be. -- David

I don't remember this ever happening with 3.0, so at this point it looks like it may be unique to 3.3. Another site still on 3.0 doesn't seem to have this problem.

Yes, but what about the version of DNN? For the 3.0 versus the 3.3, are they both running the same version of DNN? -- David

HI, can you use the "Contact Us" and provide us with Host rights to check out? If so, please specify the URL/TABID of location of Dynamic Forms page. Also reference this forum posting. -- David
