Yes, you can complete as many form completion events as you like. It should be the third large icon (Completion Events). Here you create a new event, call it what you like, and choose "URL/Page Redirection", "Dynamic Email","SQL",etc. Create as many as you want. -- David

k, let me read bck 2 u.  i create 1 r more events, let's say three (email, store the data, clear screen).

how do determine the order in which the events will b fired.  i.e. if 'clear screen' is chosen first there want b any data 2 'store'.

is there a way 2 create some code 2 further customize the interaction or am i constrained 2 interactions already intrinsic.

Hi, you can set the event sort order for each of the event. -- David

again let me read bck.  i create the three events mentioned b4 in the order of 1-store, 2-email, 3-clear the form.

i assume this means as it implies that the workflow is linear, i.e. 2 can't begin until 1 is finished.

if one of the steps fails will all of them fail or will they still fire off even tho they might not hve the correct data.

HI, you can have event sort order in the sense that one event will execute before the other but all events will execute regardless if one failed or not. --David

great conversation. now im truly confused. in many programming situations it is possible to execute code that fails and if that fails it corrupts follow on activities. it sounds like w/dynamic forms u could run into that situtation.

surely dynamic forms has a way to recognise failure and branch. Right?

    Hi Brit,

Let me see if I can clarify some things for you.  The completion events all run after you hit submit but the desired effect does not occur if the conditions are not met.  The sort order helps in situations where you need something to happen first to make another event work right.  A good example of this is when we set the Create PDF event to 0 and an email event to 1 so the PDF exists before the email gets sent out.  However, at this time, the module is not designed to stop Event 2 conditionally if Event 1 fails as you described.  Hope that helps.  Thanks!
