Losing the watermark in a field hidden until open by a question event.

    Basically, if I set a watermark in a text field, it works fine.  If I hide that field so that it is opened by a question event, when the field appears, the watermark is gone.  The same scenario also seems to apply to the field mask.  Visible, it's fine but if hidden and made visible via an event, the mask is no longer there.

    Have you seen this before or have a work-around?

    Hi, thanks this is something we have on our list to review... If you setup a quick demo of this happening and can duplicate it on Beta Springs then we should be able to get a patch out quicker.

    Already there - http://www.betasprings.com/Dynamic-...spx - my piece is called 'BB FORM TEST UPLOAD'.  It starts with the text "To begin the event registration, ".  Select any of the radio buttons to fired the question events.  There are siz fields that should default to zero - here's the names of 4 of them:

    Amount of Donation (only visible when Make a Donation fires.

    Harriet Miers
    Becky Sykes

    Any update on this?
    It's been 2 years since this was a known bug, and I am having the same problem in Dynamic Registration 4.2.0.1. Hidden field with watermark doesn't show watermark when displayed, but it's fine if it's not hidden.
