SQL insert statement too big

    Hi,
    I am using Dynamic Form 3.4 and DNN 5.0.1.
    I am trying to save a sql statement to insert on my database but it wont save on dnn it cuts out a part of it everytime i tryed. I guess it is because is too big.
    need help please! i really dont see what is wrong and i need to make this insert.

    Hello Diana,

    Can you please let me know how large in words/characters your query is?

    This can end up being an easy fix, all we would have to do is alter the column to make the size of the data it can hold, larger.

    No errors are thrown? It just cuts off your query?

    I will research to find the column in the database which stores this query in your SQL completion event.

    It has 5.727 characters / 359 words

    Hi... Its possible the SQL statement is limited to maybe a certain number of characters. What about an option of maybe making the SQL statement a stored procedure instead of a full insert statement, then you could simply pass the parameters to the query. I think there is a limitation because Dynamic Forms still supports SQL Server 2000 (so we can't use nvarchar(MAX) etc...)
