    Hi

    Is the a way that i can make a date field not to be editable by the user, i want them to only select the date from the calender next to the field.

    Hi David,
    To achieve this you will have to provide javascript to make the change to this field.  Currently this field does not have this feature.

    Hello David,

    You will need to provide the JavaScript under Module Configuration -> Custom JavaScript File -> Initial JavaScript.

    So one of many ways to do this via JavaScript is to go into the source of the page and find the name of this date field.

    Then you can use similar JavaScript to this:

    document.Form.NameofDateField.disabled="true";

    Please let me know if this helps you. Technically this should make your textbox a read only field.
