    Hi,

    I am using Dynamic Forms to process donations on our website using authorize.net.  We have a visitor who wishes to make two separate donations for the same amount with the same details but when they do the second donation they get this message


    ALERT: Unable to process your request. A duplicate transaction has been submitted.

    I have checked the settings and I already have the following setting un-ticked :

    Only allow form submission once per user:

    Is this alert coming from Authorize.net?

    This is an error coming from Authorize.net because the transaction ID is not unique

    Hi Ginnie,

    Yes, it looks like a security feature set in place by Auth.net to avoid unintentional duplicate charges. Your user might be able to do the 2nd donation now that it's a different date. Thanks!

    Thanks for your help guys! I got to the bottom of it and it was the credit card company declining the transactions.
