I'm looking at extensions for how to use the feature under Form Completion Events that allows you to choose one of your fields and a response to tailor the event - for instance, sending different emails depending on how a question was answered.

My situation requires that there would be more than one condition for an event - for example, state A is selected and field B is yes.  Is there a way to do this?  I don't see anything within the basic interface, but has anyone done it in more technical manner?

Or, for the DataSprings team, is it a possible future enhancement?

    Thanks!

    Hi Cheryl,

I don't think this is on the enhancement path yet but I'll add it to the request list.

Meanwhile, I suggest you handle the conditions on the form itself before you hit submit. Start with a textbox field and let's call it ConditionMet (you can set this to hidden later). Using client side events, you can add logic so that if $(State) = A and $(Field) = B, then $(ConditionMet) = True or some variation.

Then you can fire your completion event based on $(ConditonMet).

    Hope that helps!
