I have a form that is submitted by a Staff member and forwarded to his Supervisor. The Supervisor checks an Approval box and adds an Approval Date, the form is forwarded to the Department Head, who also checks an Approval box and completes an Approval date. The form is forwarded to the VP who give final approval.

By the time the process is complete the View Results has 4 copies of the same form, the only difference appears to be the Date/Time the record was saved.

Is there a way to only show the most recent version?

    Thanks.

Hi - Are you allowing the user to use the "Edit URL" or how exactly are they updating the record? As long as you referencing and using the Edit url directly then it should be always updating that record. Otherwise you might also want to review how we do this within Demo 14 and Demo 21 using a flat table instead of using Dynamic Forms direct tables.

    Thanks!

We are using the $(EditLink) token in the form, although a new record is created in the DynamicForms_QuestionResponse table each time a record is Edited and Saved.

I'll take a look at the examples you suggested.

    Thanks.
