    Hi all,

         i am using dynamic form v3.4 and i facing the problem of junk mail. the mailid in  'CC'  that client get the mail into juck.how to get normal mail to such client.

    Please help me.

    Hello Vikas,

    Does this email have any attachments? Or is it a plain email? Have you embedded JavaScript into the email?

    You might want to post a snapshot of your email and the HTML content of the email so I can see if I can spot any irregularities.

    these problem only happen when mailid is in 'CC'. not for normal mailId.

    Please guide me....

    Hello Vikas,

    Can you please include me in your email to, BCC, or CC so I can see if it is directed into my junk email? You can use rbakerink(at)datasprings(dot)com. I'm interested to see if this email is placed in my junk e-mail folder. Also please let me know the subject line of this email.

    Is it possible that your email exchange server is junking this email specifically? Can you verify which email exchange server you're using for your DNN Site?

             Subject of mail to admin is:-
    Subject:[Junk Mail] =?iso-8859-1?Q?your inquiry?=
    when i write it as subject: your inquiry. but when i write it as
    Subject:inquiry it doesnt shows [Junk Mail]. it is fine at time of only to write "inquiry".


    Can u please tell me why this problem is arrives for mailtoadmin.it is fine for mailtouser.

    Hi Vikas - I checked some logs and this was a conflict with older versions of Dynamic Forms and newer versions of DNN and email functions. So you will need to upgrade to Dynamic Forms 4.1 for full support because we do not typically go back to previous versions (3.4 is a few years old now) to correct issues like this. You are welcome to try out the trial version to verify this first however from the notes I just read related to the topic the newer version does have this fixed.

            can this problem was solve after upgrading the version of module. my current version is 3.4.1 of dynamic form.

    can you guide me how to get the newer version of this module. if i have the  license copy of the module 3.4.1.?

        Any other solution to this issue, without upgrading the exiting module. the module version is 3.4.1 the problem at the subject line of the mail to the admin.

    At this time, the only thing we can recommend is to upgrade because your module version was never tested against your newer DNN version. I can try to find upgrade discounts for you if you send me your last invoice number. Thanks!
