hi, got a wierd problem on SP2007 (running on Windows 2003 domain), if a user opens a file, breaks their network connection (i.e disconnects network cable), re-establishes the network link, then goes back to the file and tries to save it, SP says the file is open by another user. they are offered the choice of overwriting the changes or saving a copy.

is there a way of overriding this so that the system can see that the original user is back on line?
