I just have two queries regarding SharePoint. Hoping to get clarifications from some one.

1) Is SharePoint installations available for other languages [non-English] ? If so, what would be the result output when we run STSADM commands successfully? We receive "Operation Completed Successfully" as of now. Will this result message change according to the non-English installation?

2) Which is right to call the URL that we give as an argument for stsadm -o enumsites -url ? A portal Site or a Virtual Server URL or a Web Application or any other? The term we use should be common to both SharePoint 2003 and SharePoint 2007 . I guess, the term "Web Application" was not used when SharePoint 2003 was released.
