Iam very new to MOSS 2007,

My subsite returns no results when running a search. The main site will search ok. The subsite has a Domain group with Full Control rights. I suppose my first question is does Full-Control encompass all the other permissions in the Site Settimgs Permissions setting.

The reason I ask is that. I have seen articles that suggest that the users needs specifically read permsiions to return searches?
