i add webpart to site page and i want to hide this webpart from some groups or user.

is it possibale to create permission to webpart that some group can see the webpart and access and other group will be without permmision to see the webpart and access to it ?

Ya, it is possible i for that you need to go for edit webpart then click on advance permission there is target audience add name or group whom you wnt to see that webpart.
