Hi, I'm trying to put together a very simple scorecard which will be updated via a sharepoint list. The list contains projects, so each new list item is a new project. We track 3 measures on projects: "progress to date" (PtD) - this is a percentage value that will be put into the list as a seperate column under the project item it relates and updated monthly. "Cost vs. Budget" (Cost QoD) - this again is a percentage value that will be put into the list as a seperate column unedr the project item it relates and updated monthly. "Project Delivery Score" (PDS) - this is another percentage value that will be input at the end of the project. Now, what I am trying to do is make a scorecard for these measures, in the format of Project name down the side then this months PtD Cost QoD and if available PDS measures along the top. My main problem I am running into is that I can't link the List of KPI's to the Sharepoint List with my data, I have to manually make a new KPI for each project and then I can only make it read 1 measure. Is it possible to have a KPI list auto update from my sharepoint list? creating new KPI's for each project (so if a new project is added, a new line will appear in the KPI's) and also have 3 measures against that one line? For information we have sharepoint 2007, and I've also been using sharepoint designer to help. ANY help in this would be very much appreciated. Thanks David |
