We've followed all of the instructions in the documentation but get the following error when trying to add the web part to a page:

Unable to add selected web parts(s)

Flash news ticker: cannot import this web part, please contact Data Springs...etc

We're running MOSS 2007 SP2.  Can you offer some troubleshooting assistance please?

i am having this same issue all of a sudden.  I removed it and readded it but still not working.
