We have set up incoming email on our sharepoint server but it doenst work if we send an email to this email address using an email client like Outlook, the mail does not come in the drop folder.
yet if we manually copy an .eml file to the C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Pickup folder, it shows up in our document libray.
any ideas on what to check?
