I'm a Sharepoint newbie. I'm running an application to migrate my Sharepoint databases from direct attached storage to the SAN. The application requires that all users are disconnected from the databases.

For whatever reason there is a service account that is connected to several processes across various databases (viewable via SQL Management Studio). I've tried to kill the processes but they just start up again.

What do I have to do in order to successfully disconnect all users?

    Cheers

    Ian
