Refund Policy (Software / Modules / Components)
Data Springs, Inc. will provide refunds within 30 days of purchase if a significant bug or issue is found. We encourage all customers to review documentation and preview modules at www.betasprings.com or sharepointdemo.datasprings.com BEFORE purchase. We also have trial versions for several of our modules or web parts that are available before purchase. We do not issue refunds or credits for any Suite/Collection/Enterprise packages or packages that include source code.
Refund Policy (Premium Support / Consulting Hours)
Premium Support / Implementation hours are non-refundable. Premium Support involves our team members' time and commitments to other projects, therefore we cannot issue refunds on any Premium Support hours. Any unused Premium Support hours should be used for other projects within one year from the date of purchase.
