Emails not hitting Mail Server

    I have now set the scheduler to send 500 every 15 minutes.  Of 3,895 emails in my list, 1,151 made it to my mail server ... then no more.  The Newsletter Report says 3,895 sent.   I have set up a manaully send of my newsletter to the remaining subcribers and have confirmed that the issue insn't with my mail server.

    Why does the report show all 3,895 were sent within seconds of each other if I have scheduler set.  Is this just a log and not an actual time stamp of when the email is sent to the mail server.

    By the way this same issue  (3,500 plus reported as sent and only 1,100 hit my mail server) happened before I set the scheduler.

    Any idea?
