I have a few questions that should be hidden from administrators, but shown to simple registered users. I've marked the checkbox to hide from administrators, but since the registered users role is applied to all users, the field still appears. I can't mark the registered users field because that would hide from the user role I want to see the question.

    Maybe there is a workaround?

Frankly, the hide question implementation seems backwards to me. I would have expected more like the standard DNN permissions implementation, where I select which roles CAN view, instead of CANNOT.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

It is a little odd to have to select who to hide the question from, but not impossible to work with.  The problem if they change it, is how do we upgrade and keep our current registrations intact?

To have this work for you, I would create a role names "non-administrators" or something like that.  Then add the needed users to this role.   You would have to manually add each user that is already registered, but for new users, check Auto in Admin > Security Roles.  This will automatically add new users to that role.
