When using the question wizard, if we select multiple questions from the "Existing Questions" area, the system ends up creating multiple copies of the first field we selected. Example, if we select field 1, field 2, field 3, field 4 and field 5 it will create 5 copies of field 1. If we select fields from the Standard Questions area it worls fine.
