    Chad,

I am putting together some form completion events to email the contents of submitted forms to an administrator.  I am using 2.2.30 on DNN 4.4.1.  I notice that in the email tokens, there are variables for each short name, plus $(PortalName).

Is there a way to pull through some other global variables?  Users submitting the form are already logged into the site, so I don't want them to have to enter their email address or name again on this form.  There may be a list of these somewhere, and I am just not seeing it in the documentation.  Tokens for username or userEmail would be great.

I've tried the $(UserEmail) listed elsewhere on the forum in both the message content and the 'from' field but, it doesn't seem to be working

    Bryan,

Actually you can already do this:

    1. Create a hidden field
    2. Set the hidden field short name to be UserEmail
    3. Within advanced settings set the hidden field user default to be 'Email Address' from the core.

You could have also chosen to have the field type be textbox but still default to user email address if you wanted the user to be able to optionally change their email.
