I'm trying to follow your steps on creating a flat table out of the fields that I have added in my DF form.  It states that after selecting a completion event type of "Dynamic SQL Event" (it's actually labeled "Dynamic SQL Statement"), I should see some "Assistance Links" but I don't see them.  I am using DF 3.0.

HI, what version of DNN and browser are you using? Can you try a different browser and also a different DNN skin to see if the form isn't being cutoff on the right? Do you see a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom to scroll to the right also? -- David

DNN 4.9 and IE7.  I tried a skin with full width but still to no avail.  I can't send you the image to let you see that I have utilized a full width thru here so I'll send it another way.
