    I have a form that has three completion events.  Two of them send emails -- on to the user and one to the administrator.

    The email that goes to the user simply won't accept edits.  I can make the edits, and click the Update Event link, but the email content isn't updated.

    Any ideas ...

    (And it's only for this event and this form.  Several other forms work just fine!)

    i had this issue too. I switched from rich text editor to basic editor and the edits saved.
