Is there anyway to validate if a checkbox is ticked or not on the client side. For instance to ensure that Agree to Terms & Conditions has been checked.

With client side validation this is not an option yet. You can use server side validation though. We are looking at adding this for the future, it currently using ASP.NET Validators and we have not found the best solution for this yet.

    Chad,

Actually I have tried to establish a check box-base Question for just such a purpose (user acceptance of web site terms and conditions).  However, even the server-side validation is not working properly.  I have both client and server-side validation set on the Module, and the Question is set as a Required CheckBox.  I have not provided a Default Value, which (after reviewing the database) should indicate that the default value is unchecked or false.

It seems that this should be very easy to do, so perhaps I'm just missing something...

    Thanks!

    Brian

Is this still the case for DR 3.2?  I'm trying to add a client side event to a checkbox field and the client side box is disabled.  This would help enormously.
