Transferring Yahoo Groups to DNN

    Hi,

    I am trying to help a local young adults group to transition from Yahoo Groups to DNN; I want to use Optin Newsletter module to send out group announcements and store those on the portal for members to view. For any interactions, they can use Forum module.

    I am not sure, if there is a way to transfer their existing messages from the Yahoo Groups to DNN - specifically to Newsletter module (as archived newsletters)...

    Any suggestions are appreciated!

    Hi. It would be difficult to do this with a 'tool'. You would really have to just import the data from a file into SQL Server and run manual SQL Insert/Update statements into the relevant tables.
