I have a client that we are currently running Dynamic Forms 2.7 on a DNN 3.1.1 installation.  I purchased the latest Dynamic Forms 3.1 module.  I did an in place upgrade.  The upgrade completed without errors.  When I go to an existing form that we had, none of the fields show up.

However, when I go into the field manager, all my previous field values are there.  I've tried updating the fields and they still don't show up.  I created a new page with a brand new Dynamic Forms module.  I went through the wizard to add a couple questions and they still dont' show up.  I've also tried to import content from a existing module without success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeing the same issue.  I have also tried creating a new DF module and then importing my 3.0 content into it, the fields show up in the management ui, but the form itself is empty - here's what I get with debug=true (notice that the general settings - header text is present, but nothing beyond that):

    ***DYNAMIC FORMS DEBUG MODE ON***
    Dynamic Forms Version: 3.1.0.17786

    DotNetNuke Version: 4.9.2

Looking at the trace, I do notice that our db uses a object qualifier, so all tables are misreferenced (saw something like this in the 2.7 upgrade, I seem to remember, Chad?)

    Debug complains:

    'dbo.DynamicForms_QuestionEventHiddenFields'.Error Painting Questions!City - Invalid object name

Where our tables are actually named:

    'dbo.PREFIX_DynamicForms_QuestionEventHiddenFields'

Do you have a script/patch that we can run to update all the table references when an object qualifier is used?

    Thanks!

REFERENCE POST to the same object qualifier issue:

Chad - looks like it's the same issue, again.  Can we get a patch asap?

HI, for a quick fix to this issue, please go to Host / SQL and type in:

    ALTER PROCEDURE {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}DynamicForms_GetDynamicQuestionEventByAffectedQuestion]
    @DynamicQuestionID as uniqueidentifier

    AS

    select * from {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}DynamicForms_DynamicQuestionEvent

Where (DynamicQuestionEventID In (Select DynamicQuestionEventID from {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}DynamicForms_QuestionEventHiddenFields Where DynamicQuestionID = @DynamicQuestionID)
    OR DynamicAffectedQuestionID = @DynamicQuestionID) AND InActive=0
    AND IsDisabled =0
