The user doen't show up in the default view. No search is necessary to view users. They are listed by Company Name alphabetically.
I only have one search field, which is by Company Name. That is a custom profile I added to DNN.
When I test, it works fine, but a customer registered today and they were in the database just fine, but they did not show up on the directory, even if I searched for their Company Name.
I deleted the user, and registered him myself using the same data. It worked fine. I'm wondering what could have happened when the customer registered that would have caused this.
