Hello,
I am seeing that Previous Newsletter not showing anything even though I sent a testing newsletter.
I marked all the list we have, but I am not able to see anything listed in Previous Newsletter.
What I am missing?

I have the same problem. The title of the newsletter is posted and when you click on the title the area below expands down but no post is displayed. Please advise us how to fix this problem. Opt-in Version 4.2

I just posted the Opt In Email 4.20.10 patch so please check in your Snowcovered accounts, either in Patches and Hotfixes or in MyDownloads. Please let us know if this fixes you up. Thanks!

Thanks for trying it, Rich. Can you give us host rights? Please use the Contact Us form and give us 1) your site URL 2) host login credentials 3) your DNN version and 4) let us know if this is a fresh install of Opt In Email or is this an upgrade?

Rich - Hi. Please make sure you are entering a 'Non Personalized' newsletter when creating newsletters. The Non Personalized shouldn't include tokens and is used within the 'View Email' from the My Newsletters grid and also the Previous Newsletters module. This is because you wouldn't want to have $(Tokens) included within the non previous newsletters because a user might not even be logged in etc... We used to default this to the previous newsletter if you left it blank but recent versions of DNN and the FCK Editor are adding in empty paragraph tags which is throwing it off.

thx for your reply.
Unfortunately, it seems that I am able to see just the title of the sent newsletter and that, when I click on it, I am not able to see the HTML eppearing.
I will send you an e-mail with the url of the site and host and admin credentials for you to kindly take a look.

Hi Chad & Candace,
the issue is solved: as you had told, what it has to be done is to copy the body of the newsletter (the one inserted into the field "Email Message") also into the field below "Non-Personalized Message".
After having done that, all works perfectly.
