We want to be sure when we upgrade to Version 3.0 that it won't disturb our existing dynamic forms. Anyone have any experience upgrading with existing dynamic forms - did they remain intact and continue working?

    Hello,

I work with kwisness.  We are running DNN 5.1.4.  We upgraded to 3.1 yesterday and indeed all the forms were there.  However we are having a problem with our Form Completion Events.  The HTTP Post events are having an issue, it seems that none of the fields are being sent in the request.  I setup a dummy post page that emails me the keys in the Request.Form collection and it is coming over blank.  Dynamic Email events are working fine and are interpreting the fields correctly.  We have AJAX disabled for the module.  The details for the post event do appear to be saving, in that they are present when we pull the event backup as well as I see them in the DynamicForms_Events table.  These forms were working correctly before the upgrade.  I have tried deleting and recreating the events, I have made an entirely new module from scratch, same issue.   I'm at a loss as to why I'm not getting the fields in the Request.Form collection.
