    I am having problems getting the labels and the form fields to line up vertically.

    I have set the form up on Betasprings.com so you could see:

    See how there is an extra line above the Street field (and several others)?  I see a BR in the HTML above that field but I don't know what is putting it there.

    HI, for those fields, can you go to Module Configuration / Question Footer and Header and click on the "Source" of the Rich Text Editor and delete any paragraph tags that exists? that's what's probably causing the problem. What happens is that you possibly created this form using an older version of Dynamic Forms running on older version of DNN and when you upgraded your DNN, DNN added new paragraph tags in this section. The new release of Dynamic Forms fixed this issue but for forms created in older versions, you have to manually edit each field and remove the extra paragraph tags. -- David
