    Hi,

    I have setup a HTTP Form Post as a Completion Event to fire when a new member registers.

     

    I need some help defining exact what needs to go into the HTTP Post field, as at the momment im a bit confused.  Here's a simple version of the IContact form for the data i need to send:

    I have had a good look at this thread which does a very similar thing with Dynamic Forms, but im still not sure exactly what i should be doing:

    HI, you would create an HTTP post completion event and your URL would be:

    http://www.workoutbox.com/imagedump...pform.html

    for your HTTP post parameters:

    &FirstName=$(FirstName)&LastName=$(LastName)&Email=$(Email)

    where FirstName,LastName and Email are shortname field tokens on your DF form. Try this out and see if it works for you. Be sure to send email to yourself to see what the HTTP post is passing as well. -- David

    Hi David,

    Thanks for this, I've now got it all setup and working. Since i want to post the form directly to iContact and not to the test form link i showed you above my parameters were actually as follows:

    Post URL - https://app.icontact.com/icp/signup.php

    HTTP Post - &fields_email=$(Email)&fields_fname=$(FirstN)&fields_lname=$(LastN)&listid=18566&specialid:18566=NGSV&clientid=570781&formid=2821&reallistid=1&doubleopt=0
